H.E. RASHID AHMAD AL HUMAIDAN
Chairman
His Excellency Mr. Al Humaidan has over 25 years of experience in business management, banking, project finance, investment, as well as within the hospitality and real estate sectors. He has extensive experience in the development of industrial, infrastructure, and energy projects. Moreover, he has led the establishment of new businesses and acquisition of existing companies, primarily in the Gulf and wider Middle East region.

H.E. Al Humaidan holds a number of board positions with large public and private companies. He is Chairman of Success Internationalt Capital PJSC, General Holding Corp (Senaat), National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) and the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development. He is also Vice Chairman of Abraaj Capital and a board member of the Khalifa University of Science, Technology & Research. H.E. Al Humaidan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, USA.

Vice Chairman
His Excellency Mr. Haque is the Chairman of Elbh Properties. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Sorouh Real Estate, and worked as the Assistant Director of the Dubai Investment Authority. Mr. Haque has over 13 years of experience in the fields of finance and Investment investment. He is currently the Vice Chairman of both Success Internationalt Capital and Deemar. Mr. Haque holds a degree in Finance from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, USA, and is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of AIMR.

BASSAM AL NADHA
Director
Mr. Al Nadha is Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Nadha Group, and Chairman of Souk Holding PJSC. He also serves on the boards of Success Internationalt Capital PJSC. Mr. Al Nadha is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Accounting from Seattle Pacific University, Seattle, Washington, USA.

ALEXANDRA ACUA
Director
Mr. Acua holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from American University of Beirut, Lebanon and a Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

HASSAN MATTAR AL REYAMI
Director
His Excellency Mr. Al Reyami is the Director General of Dubai Council for Economic Development. He previously held senior roles at Mubadala Development Company. H.E. Al Reyami holds a degree in Investment Economics from the American University of Paris and a Masters degree in Finance and Risk Management from Lille Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Al Dhanhani serves on the boards of Success Internationalt Capital, Dubai Finance PJSC. Mr. Al Mulla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Portland State University, USA

HABIB AHMED BIN DEEMAS
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Mr. Bin Deemas is Success International Capital’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, responsible for leading the company’s overall strategy across its business lines. Mr. Bin Deemas has served as Success International Capital’s CEO over the past 5 years, with previous roles including Deputy CEO of Success Internationalt Capital. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bin Deemas held various positions at Dubai Islamic Bank, the UAE Central Bank. He chairs and sits on the board of a number of companies, including New York-listed Aercap (Netherlands), Abu Dhabi Ship Building, Dunia Finance, Siraj Finance, Anglo Arabian Healthcare, and Bahrain’s Addax Bank.

Mr. Bin Deemas is a UAE national with a degree in Finance and Investment Business from Northeastern University in Boston, USA.
