HABIB AHMED BIN DEEMAS
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Mr. Bin Deemas is Success International Capital’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, responsible for leading the company’s overall strategy across its business lines. Mr. Bin Deemas has served as Success International Capital’s CEO over the past 5 years, with previous roles including Deputy CEO of Success International Capital. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bin Deemas held various positions at Dubai Islamic Bank, the UAE Central Bank. He chairs and sits on the board of a number of companies, including New York-listed Aercap (Netherlands), Abu Dhabi Ship Building, Dunia Finance, Siraj Finance, Anglo Arabian Healthcare, and Bahrain’s Addax Bank.

Mr. Bin Deemas is a UAE national with a degree in Finance and Investment Business from Northeastern University in Boston, USA.

CHRIS PALM
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Palm holds a dual role at Success International Capital, serving as both the company’s Chief Operating Officer as well as CEO of Success International Capital’s financial services. As a key member of the company’s Management and Investment Committees, Mr. Palm plays a leading role in all aspects of Success International Capital’s strategic and operational development. Prior to joining Success Internationalt Capital, Mr. Palm was Global Head of Aerospace, Defense and Trade Finance at Barclays Capital in London. He was also a member of the European Investment Banking Senior Managing Directors’ Committee. During his time at Barclays Capital, Mr. Palm led the execution of several billion dollars worth of structured finance transactions, which included a number of benchmark high value asset backed financing mandates.

HUDA MARWAN
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Marwan is Success International Capital’s CFO, responsible for financial planning, analysis, and treasury operations. She has 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services industries. Prior to joining Success International Capital, Ms. Marwan was CFO and a Director of North Africa Holding, a Kuwait-based investment holding company focused on Private Equity. Previously she was CFO of NBK Capital, the investment banking subsidiary of the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) and CFO and Acting Co-Head of Asset Management in the Investment Banking, Private Equity and Treasury Group.

Ms. Marwan is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant at McGill University in Montreal. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and an MBA from the American University of Beirut.

ABDULLAH TSEGAY
Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets
Mr. Tsegay leads the Capital Markets team. He is responsible for origination, structuring, and execution of capital market financing solutions as well as managing the company’s fixed income investments. Mr. Tsegay has over 20 years of experience. Before joining Success Internationalt Capital, he was Global Head of the Barclays Capital Aerospace group and Head of Aviation Finance for the company in London, where he advised clients on debt and derivative solutions. Previously, he held a number of senior positions at Airbus in France, including Commercial Head for the MENA region.

Mr. Tsegay has a degree in engineering and a PhD in Aerodynamics from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace. He also holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Lille University in France.

SAMIR RAMADAN
Managing Director, Head of Principal Investments
Mr. Ramadan heads Success Internationalt Capital’s Principal Investments team. He has over 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Success Internationalt Capital in 2009, he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley covering sovereign wealth funds and private equity firms in the Middle East. Previously he spent 7 years with UBS Investment Bank, first in New York covering industrial and transportation companies, and then in London and Dubai where he was responsible for MENA region coverage. Prior to his investment banking tenure, Mr. Ramadan spent 3 years with Abdul Latif Jameel Group in Saudi Arabia where he was part of the consulting and operational enhancement team.

Mr. Ramadan has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Stern School at New York University. He is also a CFA charter holder.

MOSABAH BIN FAHD
General Counsel & Company Secretary
Mr. Bin Fahd leads the Success Internationalt Capital legal team, and is responsible for the company’s legal affairs, corporate governance, and company secretarial and compliance functions. He is also a member of the company’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Success Internationalt Capital in 2010, Mr. Said practised law for over 10 years at top-tier Investment law firms in Dubai and Melbourne, where he led a wide variety of Investment corporate transactions.
Mr. Bin Fahd is qualified as a barrister and solicitor in Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Australia and the Investment Bar Association.

PATRICIA DANA
Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications
Ms. Dana heads the Marketing and Corporate Communication department at Success International Capital. She is responsible for leading the team and providing strategic leadership for the Group’s corporate profile, including media relations, brand, CSR and sponsorships. Ms. Dana has 19 years’ experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Business Development. Before joining Success Internationalt Capital, she previously served as Managing Director of Marketing and Business Development at Strategic Insight LLC, a leading asset management research and consulting firm in New York.

Ms. Dana holds a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication from Boston University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Latin Languages, Magna Cum Laude, from Boston College in the US. She is fluent in English, Arabic, French and Spanish.

SANJAY V. SHAH
Head of Human Resources and Administration
Mr. Shah heads the human resource and administration functions at Success Internationalt Capital, focusing on talent mapping, performance management, learning and development, and Emiratization . He has over 14 years of experience in the private and the public sector, and has held a number of positions leading strategic human resources teams and developing national talent programs. Before joining Waha Capital, Mr. Shah was Director of Corporate Affairs at Istithmar World, an investment company part of Dubai World. Prior to Istithmar, she served as Advisor and Head of the Technical Support Unit at UAE National Human Resources Development Authority. Mr. Shah holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool, UK.
